SHIPPING POLICY

Postal:

UK Mainland delivery only.

 

For all postal orders I presently use Royal Mail 1st class.

At the moment these are calculated on a weight based system. As and when the range is added to on the website, the postal costs will be updated accordingly.

You will be notified when the order has entered the system, please allow sufficient time for delivery during this pandemic.

All orders are quoted as three to ten working days delivery, although this may be quicker.

This includes the time to make the order up i.e framing. Please allow for this when ordering. If you require something for a specific date, please contact me to discuss prior to ordering.

Collection:

Safe (Covid 19 - Distancing) collection is always welcome and can be arranged via email or telephone. Payment made online / invoiced prior to collection, to minimise cash contact.

Return & Exchange Policy

Royal Mail 1st Class services - These are not tracked - If you wish for them to be tracked please contact me prior to ordering. Royal Mail aims to deliver 2/3 days from when the item is shipped, please allow a little extra time during the present crisis. If the item is classed as "Coming Soon" on the website for example please allow a further 3/4 days, as I am still working on stock levels from suppliers. Hopefully delivery times will come down as we become more and more adjusted to working online instead of shows.

Whilst we hope you will be delighted with your purchase, if it should arrive damaged or you are not completely satisfied, please return the order within seven days of delivery for a replacement or refund. Returns must be in the original packaging and condition. For returns the purchase price will be refunded but please note Shipping charges are none refundable, with the exception that the goods ordered are found to be faulty /damaged and are to be replaced.
