Customer Care

I have been trading since 2005 and have always strived to offer an efficient service and quality product.

Over the past few months there has been great upheaval in how I run the business due to the Covid 19 Pandemic, going from attending shows around the country on a weekly basis to a totally non existent customer contact.

 

Leaving online as the only option at present. Hence a total revamp on the website after fifteen years of only really using my website as a reference guide to what and where I am, along with a few images.

I am also taking this opportunity in breaking away from Vive / Vivephoto name (Although Vive is still the business name) I will be branding everything under the Paul Franklin Photography banner. This will hopefully will make it easier to remember and more clear as to who I am.

Over the next coming months I intend to expand the quantity of products and categories on the new website and the website will expand accordingly.

Stock levels have been difficult over this pandemic period as many of my suppliers have been closed, these now are slowly reopening.

This is allowing me to offer more and more of what I'd normally have at Country shows and exhibitions, but as this is only early days please be patient as getting my stock levels back up to normal will take a little time.

Please allow for this when ordering, as I have many things in stock, but particular elements of your order may take three or four days more to complete prior to posting. Postal periods have also been affected, so again please allow a little extra time from what is quoted.

Privacy & Safety

When purchasing via the online payment system / credit card security, your transaction is directed through Paypal on a secure server (An approved payment service provider) Your card details are not supplied or retained by Vive / Paul Franklin Photography at any time.

If ordering by telephone we will need the following information to process your order payment:

Name, Address linked to the card used for payment including postcode, Credit/ Debit card number (The long number), Expiry date and last three digits on the rear (CVV code) finally a contact number or email address, so that we can update you on the process and order.

Once the order has been processed No financial information (Card Details / Personal details*) will be retained by Vive / Paul Franklin Photography.

Please note Vive / Paul Franklin Photography  does not forward on / sell or trade your personal information on to anyone else / third parties.
